1.How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1) Login to your account and go to the account order details page.

2) On the account order details page, you can view the status of your order. If the order status is “Pending” or “Processing”, the order has not been processed and you can request to cancel the order.

3) Please note that our order cancellation time is within 2 hours after the order is placed, if more than 2 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.

4) If your order is successfully cancelled, we will refund your payment to your account within 1-2 business days.

2.What is our Return Policy?

In order to ensure that you enjoy excellent service during the purchase process, we offer the following return policy statement:

1) Returns are valid for 14 natural days.

You may return a Camera Strap product at any time within 14 natural days of receipt and we will provide you with a full refund or a new product.

If the return period is exceeded, we will not be able to provide you with a return.

3) Returned Camera Strap products must be in new condition.

3.How do I Return the Product?

The processing time for returned orders is 1-3 business days.

Return orders are not processed on weekends.

If you want to return the Camera Strap within 14 natural days of the return validity period, you can apply for return in the following two ways.

2) Request a return on the account order details page.

You can log in to your account and go to the account order details to request a return.

After you have requested a return, please send the Camera Strap product packaged and addressed to 129 S Division St, Spokane, Washington, 99202.

After shipping, please send the name of the Name of courier company and the Tracking number to our customer service Alexis Robinson via [email protected].

We will process your return order as soon as possible.

4.Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as holes, wear, tears, etc.) with Camera Strap, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Marketsguides.com.

2) If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

5.How do I get a refund?

Once the returned Camera Strap arrives at Marketsguides.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
